The financing arena has changed dramatically in recent years. NRPF has maintained a long history of representing insurance companies and banks as a mortgage correspondent and has long-standing relationships with many pension funds, credit corporations, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

While serving many Wall Street firms, NRPF was among the first to offer securitization of commercial mortgages. Wall Street's subsequent entry into the commercial mortgage and equity markets has since legitimized and expanded this new breed of capital market. The securitization of commercial mortgages has been well received by the public as well as institutional investors.

Representing the Borrower in the Transaction:
NRPF provides a holistic approach to loan financing from the initial discussion summarizing the loan request to the loan closing and check disbursement. Our professional staff reviews leases, the market comparables and other pertinent information to the deal to complete a stabilized net income or ten-year cash flow projection using the established lender underwriting requirements.
NRPF evaluates the market by looking at comparable rental properties and sales comparables in order to establish an estimated value of the property.

NRPF assimilates all of the information into a market and underwriting presentation and determines the best financial institution to submit the package for consideration. NRPF continually reviews terms, rates and underwriting criteria of Lenders nationwide to assure that our clients get the best financing available. Our primary concern is to meet our clients' needs and objectives.
