NRPF, Inc.'s reputation for nurturing long standing client relationships can best be exemplified by refinancing two medical office buildings in Nassau County 100,00 square feet three times over 14 years. The first two refinancings were through NRPF's correspondent relationship with Penn Mutual Life Insurance. The most recent loan was provided by a Wall Street mortgage conduit.

Another client of NRPF is a major manufacturer in the United States and for the last ten years have looked to us for all their real estate financing. NRPF has arranged acquisition financing for approximately 2.8 million square feet of commercial space, including the acquisition of their new headquarters building.

NRPF's relationship with Wall Street investment banks is not limited to debt financing. We also provided financing for a 130,000 square foot suburban office building in Westchester County, owned by a major Wall Street investment bank.
