Recently, NRPF arranged $88 million of unsecured building financing for land development and construction of The Hamlet at Olde Oyster Bay located in Plainview on the north service road of the Long Island Expressway. The financing was provided by an out-of-state bank. The project consists of 370 units with a mix of single-family homes and townhouse villas, a private country club with a restaurant and recreational activities, all overlooking a large man-made lake. The project was completely pre-sold.

NRPF has also arranged development and construction financing in the amount of $25 million for 187 townhouses known as the Windcrest at Smithtown. The developer has a long-standing relationship with NRPF and we provide construction and permanent financing for all their projects.
